THE BARN

A new space is proposed in the old stable of the estate. A 160m2 room has been renovated in the same spirit as the Chevré room.
This has a capacity of 140 people maximum and opens on a large terrace.
It is completed by an entrance hall of 35 m2 to welcome you, a sanitary area and a catering office of 20m2.
This space is ideal for inviting your employees or customers to a meeting, product launch and many other corporate events.
It can serve as a plenary room.

THE CHEVRÉ ROOM

On the ground floor of the castle, the 90 m2 Chevré room allows you to welcome your employees during a meeting, seminar, product launch or company dinner.
It can also serve as a sub-committee room.

Access to the main entrance of this room is through the English garden. Attached, this room, a space of 38 m2, which can serve as reception hall, will give you access to the sanitary facilities (3 toilets, 1 for
disabled people).

IFER AND POIX LOUNGES

On the first floor of the castle, you will find these two rooms of 90 and 60 m2 furnished with antique furniture where you can welcome your employees for a meal and a meeting in a warm and authentic setting.

Capacity: 20 people

These 2 rooms can serve as a sub-commission room or for a CoDir.

THE BAKEHOUSE

In addition to the sleeping arrangements of the castle, a gîte of 115 m2 is also available for rent.
On the ground floor, you will find the living room open to the kitchen, a bedroom for 3 people with bathroom and toilet.
On the 1st floor, you will find 2 bedrooms for 3 people with a bathroom and toilet shared.
Outside a large private terrace of 60 m2 in the south.

THE PARK

Following the main gate, the English park gives direct access to the room “Chevré”. Tall trees alongside the beds of rhododendrons, heather and camellias are in the spotlight.
A gravelled courtyard of 500 m2 with a splendid double-revolution staircase allows access to the upstairs lounges. This magnificent courtyard opens the doors of the French gardens featuring a central fountain.
You only have to pass the wrought iron gate and a hedge of buckshot, to discover the sublimed orchard of trees and fruit shrubs. Last little place to discover, near a small pond and next to the parking lot of many poplars, bamboo, cypresses immerse you in a soothing environment.
