The renovation of the estate
From 2017 to 2022:
We acquired this area in 2017, a lot of work has been carried out there.
During the renovation from 2017 to 2022, we tried to keep all the architectural elements allowing it, reused the materials (tiles, stones), found the elements that had disappeared in the past.
We have tried to use materials that respect old buildings: plasters or stone joints are lime, roof insulation in wood wool, installation of a shredded wood boiler to heat the various buildings.
We have planted more than 2000 plants in order to find in a few years a real park surrounding the castle.
